Beyer & Söhne was founded in Berlin in May 2011 by the two brothers Nico and Robby Beyer. The skincare label stands for absolutely skin-friendly, effective skin care. It deliberately avoids anything that could irritate the skin: the care is free from fragrances, mineral oils, silicones, dyes, emulsifiers and conventional preservatives, while highly concentrated vitamins and moisturizers strengthen the skin sustainably. The two brothers’ heartfelt mission is to shed light on the often opaque cosmetics market and to make skincare easy to understand through well-researched blog posts on ingredients and how they work. At the heart of the range is “skin cream +”, which is produced in Germany under strict conditions according to the original recipe of their father, pharmacist Hartmut Beyer.
